Peacock Paint Studio

An ambitious and creative art portfolio.

My Studio…

Finally! I have my studio at Hot Shops up and running. I am wanting to paint my door, but still deciding on how to do that. Almost all of my furniture came from estate sales or auctions. It was important to me to set up an area to display my art and a place to work. Also, a space where I could feel relaxed and creative. Since I do a few different things, you will notice I have five stations: paint station/drawing table, silk screen press, needle felting table with some of my wool ( i am drying some between the chairs in one of the pics),and my sewing/ironing area for my pillows. There is a storage area that holds a makeshift desk, my coffee pot, other frameless finished art and my supplies. Well, I hope this inspires some of you.

Thank you for looking.

The frames housing the Fox and the Hare are antique, also purchased at an auction. 🙂

It looks great! I can’t wait to come and see it. We are planning on attending the open house on the 4th or 5th. I will keep in touch to make sure you will be there when we are!
