The Octopus is finished!!

Well, I wanted to get the smooth look to this guy and decided to switch over to oil paint for the figure. Ground is done in acrylic. I wanted him to invade the viewers space, making the viewer a little uncomfortable, but not wanting to walk away. The legs are more “ribbon like” adding a little whimsy. My style… Although once told, “art should not be whimsical”. Whatever… Lol

(The pic isn’t so good. There is no yellow in the paint. )

He is apx 2’x2’6″.
